About the Role: The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating compelling visual content that enhances client engagement across all platforms. This position requires a blend of creative vision and technical expertise to produce high-quality visual assets that align with client branding and marketing objectives. The role encompasses photo editing, graphic creation, visual storytelling, and brand consistency across all deliverables. Success requires:

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation & Design

• Conceptualize and create original graphic designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Design engaging graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, OF, and promotional materials
• Develop visual concepts that communicate brand messaging
• Create cohesive visual systems across platforms
• Adapt designs to various formats while preserving integrity
• Stay current with design trends and apply innovative storytelling

Photo Editing & Visual Enhancement

• Edit and enhance images to meet project specs and quality standards
• Retouch photographs for professional presentation
• Apply color correction, composition adjustments, and visual effects
• Optimize images for platforms while preserving quality
• Ensure visual consistency across photo assets
• Maintain organized digital asset libraries

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Collaborate on graphics for games and live streams
• Design promotional materials to drive engagement
• Create assets for seasonal campaigns, special events, and targeted promotions
• Develop template systems for consistent marketing materials
• Support A/B testing with variant designs
• Translate marketing objectives into visual storytelling

Technical Proficiency & Innovation

• Use AI tools and software (e.g., Photoshop, Lightroom) to optimize workflows
• Maintain expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
• Implement best practices for file organization and asset management
• Research and integrate emerging design technologies
• Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile
• Develop efficient workflows for multiple projects

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with team to meet deadlines and ensure visual consistency
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute design ideas
• Communicate design concepts clearly
• Incorporate feedback constructively
• Coordinate with content creators for visual–written alignment
• Collaborate cross-functionally on marketing initiatives

Quality Control & Brand Governance

• Review and refine images for high visual standards
• Verify platform-specific requirements and technical specs
• Ensure consistent brand guideline application
• Conduct quality checks before asset delivery
• Document design standards and best practices
• Monitor visual asset performance and refine strategies

Strategic Input & Innovation

• Provide recommendations to improve visual quality
• Suggest innovative approaches based on trends
• Contribute to client visual identity evolution
• Identify opportunities for better storytelling and engagement
• Develop style guides and visual systems
• Maintain professional discretion with sensitive content

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (Marketing Agency or Advertising background preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
• Strong skills in photo editing, retouching, and color correction
• Ability to design for desktop and mobile platforms
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects
• Excellent attention to detail and openness to feedback
