As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You'll engage with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and drive sales while maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, answer their questions, and enhance engagement with merchandise.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and achieve established sales goals.

  • Direct customers to merchandise within the store.

  • Increase in-store sales through product recommendations and promotions.

  • Maintain superior product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

  • Ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.

  • Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers.

  • Cross-sell products to enhance purchases.

Requirements:

  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Retail sales experience is an advantage.

  • Pleasing appearance and professional demeanour.

  • Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.

  • Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.

  • Willing to be assigned in MANGO boutique in Bonifacio High Street, SM Mall of Asia, SM Megamall, Rockwell, Greenbelt or Glorietta
