Telecollector - Pampanga

We are hiring Tele-Collectors to join our growing Pampanga team You will handle Pag-IBIG housing loan accounts, assisting clients in managing their obligations through professional and efficient collection calls.

Responsibilities:

• Contact borrowers with overdue Pag-IBIG housing loan accounts via phone.
• Negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with company and client guidelines.
• Record all call activities and collection updates accurately.
• Meet individual and team collection targets.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate (any course).
• No experience required – training will be provided
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to work on-site at our San Fernando, Pampanga branch.
• Goal-oriented, patient, and can work well under pressure.
