Job Description:

Los Baños Centro Mall is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Assistant who has hands-on experience in CCTV systems, network setups, and basic wiring. The role focuses on maintaining mall IT infrastructure and supporting tenants with technical concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV systems
• Set up and maintain internet connections, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi access points
• Perform network and electrical/data wiring, cable management, and basic repairs
• Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Support mall tenants with IT-related concerns
• Conduct routine system checks, maintenance, and documentation

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable and experienced in:
• CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• Network setup (routers, switches, access points)
• Basic wiring (LAN cabling, crimps, terminations)
• Graduate of IT-related course or with relevant technical experience
• Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and willing to do on-site technical tasks
• Willing to work at Los Baños Centro Mall

Preferred:

• Experience in mall, retail, or facility IT support
• Familiar with basic electrical safety and cable management standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
