DUTIES

The Service Leader - Kitchen maintains and perform service according to the standard set by the Hotel or Resort.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience as Commis 1 or in the same capacity in an International Hotel/ Resort or a well-known restaurant is an advantage.
  • A graduate or has a certificate in culinary arts
  • Knowledgeable in good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
  • Displays initiative and creativity.
  • Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
