Fragrance Consultant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fragrance Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Sales Associates are the face of our brand and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and determine their shopping needs.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor and ensure merchandise is presented neatly.
• Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention measures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals.
• Stay informed about promotions, policies, and store updates.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and proficiency with POS systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per day
