ASC Coordinator (Experience required) $4–$6/hour Full Time

Position Overview

- We are seeking a highly skilled ASC Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and demonstrates exceptional organization and attention to detail. Experience in ASC operations is required. Candidates with prior exposure to pain management ASCs will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage procedure schedules for ASC facilities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, physicians, and staff for ASC procedures.

- Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage before procedures.

- Ensure compliance with ASC protocols, standards, and regulations.

Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience as an ASC Coordinator.

- Strong understanding of ASC workflows, scheduling, and patient coordination.

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

- Proficient with EMR systems (eCW, Kareo, or equivalent), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.

Technical Requirements (Must-Have):

- Stable Internet connection: Minimum 50 Mbps upload and download, with a backup internet option.

- Computer: Windows bit) or macOS equivalent, minimum 8 GB RAM (16 GB preferred), i5 processor or equivalent (i7 preferred).

- Updated browser: Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.
