Bookeeper (ZR_24592_JOB)

Are you a detail-oriented and skilled bookkeeper with experience working with international clients? We're looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team and help ensure accurate financial records and smooth financial operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for recording daily transactions, reconciling discrepancies, maintaining up-to-date financial documents, and collaborating with our accounting team for audits and reviews. Job Highlights:

• Contract type: Independent Contractor
  
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Central time (9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break / 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
  

Responsibilities

• Accurately record daily financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  
• Maintain a systematic record of financial documents and ensure they are up-to-date.
  
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare for audits and other financial reviews.
  
• Stay updated with financial policies, regulations, and legislation.
  

• Experience in bookkeeping for international clients.
• Familiarity with multiple accounting software platforms.
  
• A degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  
• Experience in managing financial records for small to medium-sized businesses.
