Primary Skills

  • Serve as the principal SME for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Hardware Security Module (HSM) technologies.
  • Define and maintain the organizational standards, policies, and procedures for PKI.
  • Design, implement, and manage HSM solutions for key lifecycle management.
  • Provide deep technical expertise on securing sensitive data across various platforms.
  • Lead the architecture and deployment of PKI solutions using best practices.
  • Manage and administer the Centagate Crypto module and related infrastructure.
  • Evaluate, integrate, and maintain HSMs from major vendors, specifically Thales and Utimaco.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to key generation, signing, and encryption.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate cryptographic services into applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security mandates.
  • Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of HSM environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Security, focusing on PKI and HSM.
  • Proven expertise with enterprise PKI certificate authority platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Thales and/or Utimaco HSM devices.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, protocols, and security principles.
