About the role

As a Port Processor at Express Transport Hauling and Freight Services Inc., you will play a vital role in the company's freight forwarding operations. This full-time position is based in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila, and involves handling the import and export of goods through our port facilities.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, and other logistics partners to ensure the timely and compliant processing of freight shipments
• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for import and export procedures
• Liaise with clients to address any issues or concerns related to their shipments
• Maintain accurate records and data related to freight handling operations
• Collaborate with the broader logistics team to optimize freight movement and improve operational efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding or port operations role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
