Reservations Agent

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process room reservations for hotel guests
  • Answer guest inquiries and provide information regarding room availability, rates, and other hotel facilities
  • Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests for guests
  • Ensure that all reservation details are registered correctly into the system
  • Work with other departments to ensure satisfactory guest experience

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry (preferred)
  • Proficiency in OPERA software is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trainable and adaptable
  • Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
