OPERATIONS & MARKETING:

  • Achievement of 100% Monthly Sales Target
  • Manages the delivery on time and resolve all problem in truck.
  • Monitors the daily cash sales reports and collectibles.
  • Monitors and checks all billing statement of the plant.
  • Resolves all the complain in the merchant and dealer.
  • Reports and resolves all the problem in production machine.
  • Recommends Mktg activity to meet the sales target and lessen expenses.

ADMIN:

  • Coaches and motivates all team member in admin, production & delivery department.
  • Make sure the rules & policies are well implemented.
  • Monitors the work schedule of all staff and submit the timekeeping to head office on time
  • Monitors and evalautes the employees and security guard on duty.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with a degree in Business, Operations Management, or related courses are preferred.
  • Experience in ice plant is preferred.
