  • Evaluate and give disposition on product/quality problem and returns.

  • Knowledgeable on Proper handling/processing of product to prevent contamination.

  • Knowledgeable on GMP and HACCP procedure.

  • Perform validation of cutting Pork and Beef, packing, weighing of finished goods according to customer specification.

  • Performs trimming and rejection in Production line.

  • Performs inspection of packaging material (Item Description, Production Date, Expiration Date, Weight)

  • Shape Performs inspection during dispatching of finished products.

  • Performs sanitation/structural check and in process monitoring of GMP Compliance.

  • Performs monitoring of chlorine at washing station if it is within standard.

  • Validates truck audit compliance to set GMP standards.

  • Performs validation activities for HACCP program fabrication and dispatch.

  • Creating daily reports such as daily audit, incident report if necessary.

  • Evaluate stocks in external storages.

  • Direct Reporting to QC Head
