Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
  • Write engaging copy and captions tailored to each platform and target audience.
  • Design graphics, edit short-form videos, and optimize visual content for social media.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to build community and brand loyalty.
  • Track analytics and provide monthly reports on campaign performance and growth.

*Administrative Support*

  • Manage email correspondence and organize the inbox.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, or CRM tools.
  • Support with document preparation, formatting, and file organization.
