About the role

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant at Cresta De Oro - Sunny Homes, you will play a vital role in supporting our dynamic sales and marketing team. This full-time position is based in Alas-Asin, Mariveles Bataan, providing opportunities for both personal and professional growth within our thriving organization.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the sales and marketing team with the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns
• Generating sales leads and nurturing relationships with potential customers
• Providing administrative support to the sales and marketing departments
• Attending industry events and networking to promote the Cresta De Oro brand
• Providing regular reports on sales and marketing activities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or marketing support role, preferably within the Sales Real Estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

The project aims to provide inexpensive and worthwhile homes, offering lot-only options and house-and-lot packages with amenities like parks, playgrounds, and commercial spaces to improve the standard of living for local residents.
