Demo Supervisor

Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and usage to customers. Ensure a thorough understanding of the product to effectively address questions and provide accurate information. Assist customers with inquiries, provide product recommendations, and facilitate sales by offering personalized assistance. Create a positive and informative shopping experience to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Set up demonstration areas, maintain product displays, and ensure all demo materials are stocked and in good condition. Monitor and manage inventory levels of demo products, reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to -day activities of the team; like implementation of rental pallet and demo activities.
• Monitoring and supervising a team of consultants to achieve the department goal.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline for the rental pallet and demo.
• Delegating tasks to team members which is the demo clerk.
• Conducting training of demo clerk to maximize their potential before proceeding on sampling activity.
• Empowering demo clerk with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conducting quarterly performance reviews to team member/demo clerk.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
• Conducting sampling activities for both imported and local products.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of any college degree related to Sales or Marketing
• Experience: Relevant experience in merchandising and sales
