We are looking for a compassionate, emotionally mature, and purpose-driven
Chief Wellness Officer
to lead the mental health and holistic well-being journey of our global workforce. This is not a purely clinical role—it's a strategic, educational, and culture-shaping position.

You will design and lead a company-wide Wellness Strategy that blends psychology, lifestyle health, human performance, and leadership accountability frameworks inspired by Matt Kesby.

What You Will Do

1. Mental Health Support & Crisis Care

• Offer confidential counseling (individual & group) for stress, grief, burnout, trauma, or personal challenges.
• Provide Psychological First Aid during emergencies or critical incidents.
• Promote proactive mental wellness practices like mindfulness, grounding, stress resets, and sleep hygiene.

2. Wellness Education & Learning Themes

• Create and deliver monthly learning topics (e.g., sleep, nutrition, breathing, resilience, grief processing, mindfulness).
• Lead wellness talks, masterclasses, and interactive sessions that make psychology relatable and practical.
• Work with Marketing and L&D to turn psychological insights into easily digestible and inspiring content.

3. Leadership Readiness & Performance

• Apply psychological principles to enhance accountability, emotional intelligence, trust building, and team dynamics.
• Support leadership assessments and succession planning to ensure psychological readiness.
• Co-develop training on conflict resolution, empathy, and human-centered communication.

4. Building Culture & Organizational Wellness

• Drive initiatives that promote psychological safety, belonging, and healthy culture norms.
• Conduct well-being and engagement surveys; present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as GoTeam's mental health and wellness subject matter expert.

5. Compliance, Ethics & Impact Reporting

• Keep professional and ethical documentation in line with the Data Privacy Act.
• Measure and report results of wellness programs (employee utilization, satisfaction, engagement, retention impact).
• Ensure readiness for crisis response and emotional support protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, or Behavioral Science Professional
• At least 5 years of professional and life experience navigating real-life psychological challenges, trauma recovery, or high-stakes emotional environments.
• Background in BPO, high-volume service industries, or other high-performance settings is strongly preferred.
• Proven expertise in crisis intervention, mental health program development, and employee assistance or wellness frameworks.
• Strong background in mental health counseling, psychological education, and culture-building
• Experienced in working with adults, corporate environments, coaching, or wellness programs
• Comfortable speaking, facilitating workshops, and leading strategic discussions with leaders
