Position: HOUSEKEEPING

Address: The Park, Brgy. Puting Kahoy, Silang, Cavite

Core responsibilities

  • General cleaning: Dusting and polishing furniture, cleaning floors, walls, windows, and fixtures.
  • Sanitation: Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, including wiping surfaces, cleaning appliances, and disinfecting areas.
  • Waste removal: Collecting and disposing of trash and recycling.

Specific duties

  • Linen and laundry: Changing bed linens and towels, and washing, drying, and ironing clothes as needed.
  • Restocking supplies: Replenishing toiletries, cleaning products, and other guest or household items.
  • Tidying: Making beds, and general tidying of rooms, including organizing and decluttering.

Additional tasks

  • Errands and errands: Running errands like grocery shopping or picking up dry cleaning.
  • Meal preparation: Cooking and preparing meals for families or guests.
  • Reporting: Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or property damage to management.
  • Lost and found: Logging and turning in any lost and found items discovered during cleaning.
