About the role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Helper Rigger to join our team at PHIL. RIGID CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION' in Tayud Consolacion Cebu. As a Helper Rigger, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction team, assisting with the safe and efficient movement and positioning of materials, equipment, and other resources. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of our projects and develop your skills in the construction industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist the Rigger in the safe and proper rigging, lifting, and moving of materials, equipment, and other resources on the construction site
2. Ensure that all rigging equipment and tools are properly inspected, maintained, and stored
3. Provide support to the construction team as needed, including the loading and unloading of materials and equipment

What we're looking for

1. Familiarity with the use and maintenance of rigging equipment, such as slings, chains, and hoists
2. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from the Rigger and other supervisory personnel
3. Physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment
