Manager, Regulatory Issues Remediation

We're looking for a Manager Regulatory Issues Remediation to join our Integrated Compliance Services team at MBPS. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the development, standardization, and maintenance of the organization's control documentation. This role supervises a small team who works closely with process owners, compliance teams, and internal audit to ensure that control references and procedures are clearly defined, consistently formulated, accurate, complete, audit-ready and aligned with regulatory expectations.

Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory environment.
Advanced understanding of the company's business operations.
Ability to represent the business internally and externally (e.g., regulators, industry peers).
Experience in project management.
Professional Experience:
With at least 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or audit within financial services
With at least 3+ years in a leadership role cumulative to 5+ yrs. of experience
Proven strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and examination process
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Education:
Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Banking, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related course
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation is a plus.
