Dispute Resolution Manager

We are looking for an experienced a leader to manage the Disputes team supporting regional operations in a multinational company. The role involves overseeing collections processes, resolving customer disputes, coaching and developing the team, and driving operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team handling collections and dispute resolution.
- Monitor KPIs, metrics, and service levels to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or sensitive issues.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements using ERP and other tools.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, SOX, and regulatory standards.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Support transition projects and implementation of new processes as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 5–7 years in finance operations or SSC, preferably in a multinational environment.
- 3–4 years leading teams, experience managing managers preferred.
- ERP experience (SAP preferred), advanced MS Office skills; Salesforce / Genesys experience advantageous.
- Process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus.
