Job Description:

  • Greets arriving guests and retrieving their luggage.
  • Escorts guests to their rooms, explains the room facilities
  • Delivers luggage, messages, packages to guests, and undertakes various other requests in order to ensure their comfort
  • Transports departing guests' luggage from the room to the lobby; ensures that the guest has verified that all luggage has been accounted for
  • Ensures that luggage has been stored safely according to prescribed procedures
  • Assists with keeping lobby area clean and orderly
  • Acts as valet for guest vehicles; acts as driver for purchasing team and/or other employees for official businesses within the city
  • Awareness in events calendar and ongoing functions in the hotel
  • Provides gracious, attentive, and friendly service.
  • Other duties as required or may be assigned
  • Transport hotel personnel or guests for official businesses

Qualifications:

  • Customer-service experience (assisting clients)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Must have a valid driver's license (pro)
  • Preferably from Baguio City or nearby province resident
  • Must be familiar with Baguio City access roads
