  1. Payroll and Timekeeping

· Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

· Maintain organized, efficient, and accurate records/filing systems of all payroll records, both electronic and physical.

· Monitor attendance and timekeeping records and address Employee Relations concerns.

· Process cash advance requests through the company's Cash Loan program.

· Register new employees with SSS, Pag-IBIG, and PhilHealth, ensuring timely posting of contributions.

· Provide referral letters for payroll account opening and monitor the account numbers.

· Manage payroll deductions, including mandatory contributions, loans, and other applicable deductions.

· Process employee requests and provide relevant documents (e.g., Certificate of Employment, Payslips, and 2316 forms).

  1. Compensation and Benefits Administration

· Ensure on-time payment, filing, and processing of government-related benefits (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).

· Manage and monitor cash assistance for employees.

· Monitor leave benefits, including leave credits and leave compensation.

· Handle the computation and payment of final pay for separated employees.

  1. Regulatory Compliance

· Ensure strict adherence to government-mandated compliance requirements.

  1. Employee Engagement & Relations

· Assist with organising and providing support for company events.

  1. Budget Management

· Work within the approved HR OPEX budget, as required.

· Process mandatory contributions for partner consultants.

  1. Other Responsibilities

· Performs other related duties that may be assigned to which will be necessary for the department.

Qualifications:

  1. Education and/or Licenses

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, Business Administration, or any related courses.

  1. Work Experience

· With 3 years-above experience in payroll and benefits administration is preferred.

  1. Special Qualities or Skills Required

· Knowledge of government-mandated benefits and labor regulations.

· Proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
