Work you'll do

• System Management & Configuration
• Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP Concur modules (Expense, Travel, Invoice).
• Manage system integrations with ERP, HRIS, and other internal platforms.
• Ensure system alignment with company policies, compliance requirements, and global standards.
• Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide advanced support for complex Concur issues escalated from end-users and administrators.
• Partner with SAP Concur support and internal IT teams to resolve technical problems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed.
• Process Optimization & Enhancements
• Assess and recommend improvements in workflows, reporting, and automation within Concur.
• Lead system updates, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, process guides, and configuration records.

• Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure Concur processes comply with company policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute Concur-related reports for management and compliance purposes.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience:

• Proven experience (3–5+ years) in managing SAP Concur solutions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical projects and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
