Job description:

Location: BGC, Taguig

Arrangement: Full Onsite

Schedule: Dayshift (6am start - latest is 10am)

Salary: Depending on experience and skills

Qualifications

A successful Technical Service Representative will demonstrate:

Previous Experience

  • 2 years in Inbound and Outbound call experience
  • High School is acceptable/SHS/Undergrad/Bachelor's Degree
  • Product Support Specialist experience
  • Willing to work Onsite – BGC
  • Sales, customer service or technical support experience ideally for consumer and mobile electronics products.
  • Troubleshooting product issues and faults.
  • Managing the resolution of technical and/or customer service issues.
  • Maintaining accurate activity logs e.g. calls, emails and tickets.
  • Good prioritization skills and being flexible to adopt plans.
  • Working to tight deadlines and within constraints.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and practices. Technical Skills
  • High level of technical knowledge, or the ability quickly understand and support consumer and mobile electronics products.
  • Working with a Service Desk or Ticketing System to track and report on activity.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of service and ticketing management platforms.
    • Ability to quickly understand working with an ERP /finance system

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM LEAD

Technical skills

  • Tracker record in management
  • 1-2 yrs experience as Team Lead
  • Expert level knowledge in utilising and optimising a customer support ticketing management system e.g. Freshdesk, Zoho, Zendesk, JIRA etc
  • Knowledge of consumer electronics products (highly preferred) with an understanding of technical information and the ability to troubleshot products.
  • Good prioritization skills and being flexible enough to adapt as required.
  • Good analytical and evaluation skills.
  • Providing consistent reporting, dashboards etc.
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints.
