About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Technician to join our growing team at SITI LED. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and performance of our LED video walls and digital display solutions. The technician will support both field installations and in-house PCB repair and maintenance, requiring strong technical skills, steady hands, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation, assembly, and setup of LED video walls for client projects.

  • Conduct PCB-level repairs on LED display modules, including:

  • Replacing lamp beads/LED chips using soldering guns, soldering stations, and heat guns.

  • Identifying and resolving faulty connections, damaged components, or irregularities in LED module performance.
  • Performing continuity checks and diagnostics on LED module PCBs.
  • Maintain and organize repair tools, spare parts, and consumables (solder wire, flux, etc.).
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship in all soldering and rework tasks—precision and care are essential.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to troubleshoot issues during site deployment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with PCBs, electronics repair, or LED module servicing.
  • Strong soldering skills (both through-hole and surface-mount components).
  • Familiarity with soldering guns, soldering stations, heat guns, and related tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic circuit layouts and component markings.
  • Steady hands, excellent attention to detail, and patience for delicate repair work.

Preferred (but not required):

  • Prior experience in LED display repair or maintenance.
  • Background in electronics, electrical, or related technical field.
  • Ability to document repair processes and maintain accurate service logs.
