- Must have expertise in culinary techniques, menu planning, and food presentation.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation practices, and local regulations.
- Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
Job Description:
- Leads kitchen operations and ensures consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
- Prepares and cooks dishes according to company standards and recipes
- Supervises kitchen staff and maintains cleanliness and organization
- Monitors food inventory, minimizes waste, and ensures cost efficiency
- Enforces food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
