  • Creative and innovative approach to menu development.

Job Description:

  • Leads kitchen operations and ensures consistent food quality, taste, and presentation
  • Prepares and cooks dishes according to company standards and recipes
  • Supervises kitchen staff and maintains cleanliness and organization
  • Monitors food inventory, minimizes waste, and ensures cost efficiency
  • Enforces food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
