Appian Developer

We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to join our team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards.
• Design application architecture, build user interfaces, and configure workflows using Appian's low-code tools (e.g., SAIL).
• Partner with cloud and infrastructure teams to ensure platform availability, scalability, and security.
• Develop reusable applications, components, and plugins to improve efficiency across project teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance assessments to maintain quality and compliance with standards.
• Establish and enforce Appian development guidelines, methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency, maintainability, and high-quality code delivery.
