CASHFLOW MANAGEMENT

• Prepares and update cash position-manual report.
• Post all daily disbursement and deposit receivables with corresponding attachment.
• Monitors Account Payables and Receivables and reconcile the same with accounting record.
• Checks all payables in EBT clearing 1 & 2.
• Print cash in bank ledger report and reconcile with DCR.
• Prepares checks for release.
• Prepares monthly cash projection to ensure sufficient fund.

DAILY CASHIER'S REPORT

• Prepares monthly cash projection to ensure sufficient fund.
• Tag release payment checks and clear all incoming checks posted in bank statement.
• Confirms, validate and tag daily collection.
• Disbursement tagging for release and cleared.
• Print daily cashier's report and reconcile the same with bank statement and passbook – EBT generated.
• Gather all daily cashiers report supporting documents and attach the same to the report.
• BoB Uploading
• Downloading disbursement from EBT and uploading thru BOB.
• Approval of uploaded PV's to the signatories.
• Payroll uploading every 15th and 30th of the month.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
