We work with the biggest business podcasts in the world, and our trailers are famously awesome.

Our editors are the best in the world, and we treat them that way, by:

  • Paying 112k PHP - 140k PHP monthly

  • Paying for all software and tools needed to do the job: Premiere Pro, After Effects,

  • Paying for anything that makes the job easier: Stock asset websites, music/audio websites, green-screen effect tools, some computer equipment, etc

  • Giving the day off on all public holidays + a set amount of leave days you can request as needed

  • Giving you amazing content to work on and constant opportunities to use your creativity

To be on the team you need to be able to do 3 things:

  1. Edit like an expert (clean transitions, fx, timings, etc)

  2. Pick cool b-roll that fits what the speakers are saying (even when they're talking about business topics)

  3. Communicate with our team via Slack and Frame (we don't do meetings)

If you can do those 3 things, you will have a great time here for years to come. We have a long-term mindset about our team.

If your portfolio is good enough, we'll email you to organize a paid trial where you'll do one test edit and be paid for your time, even if we don't end up hiring you.
