JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, operating systems, and peripherals.

  • Monitor and ensure the stability of computer systems, networks, and internet connectivity across all company locations.

  • Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and networking issues both in person and remotely.

  • Troubleshoot system faults and identify solutions to restore functionality efficiently.

  • Repair or replace defective components in IT and office equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

  • Respond to service requests and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Document issues, solutions, and regular maintenance activities for tracking and improvement.

  • Setup, configure, and maintain CCTV systems to ensure security coverage is operational and meets company standards.

  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assist with asset management and upgrades.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized repairs or services when necessary.

Qualification:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, basic networking concepts, and office IT hardware.

  • Familiarity with basic security and data protection practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple support requests efficiently.

  • Can drive Motorcycle not required but preferred
