About the Role

We are a global outsourcing business looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Financial Reporting Audit Staff to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting and audit, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering accurate, insightful financial data. This is a full-time work from home opportunity

Key Responsibilities

As part of our Financial Reporting and Audit team, you will:

  • Support the department in gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data for reporting and audit purposes
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and audit schedules in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Participate in internal control reviews and process improvement initiatives
  • Help identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for financial transactions
  • Contribute to the development of digital tools and templates to streamline reporting processes
  • Communicate findings and updates clearly to both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • CPA license required
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an audit firm
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Excel and other digital tools
