The Finance Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hermosa. The Finance Manager will oversee general accounting, cost accounting, management planning, compliance, treasury and payroll processes. Responsibilities also include providing strategic recommendations to senior management. The Finance Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize the financial performance of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Proven track record of successfully managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate governance practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial challenges
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and data analysis tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams and senior management
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are highly desirable
