ShareJob DescriptionDescriptionA Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales by providing expert advice, building strong relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets. They act as the bridge between the company and the client, identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Sales consultants often work in retail, business-to-business (B2B), or specialized industries like real estate, automotive, and technology.

ResponsibilitiesActively seek out and engage with potential customers. Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Conduct product demonstrations or presentations. Prepare and present sales proposals or quotes. Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

Stay updated on product or service offerings and industry trends. Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and features. RequirementsEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is often preferred).

Previous experience in sales or customer service (1–3 years typically required). Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Customer-focused mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Attributes:Self-motivated and results-driven. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Professional demeanor and appearance.

Other Requirements:Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or travel as needed.
