About the role
Nezda Technologies, Inc.' is seeking a dedicated and experienced PHRN - Prior Authorizations to join our dynamic team in Taguig City Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the prior authorization process, ensuring timely and efficient approvals for our healthcare clients.
What you'll be doing
- Reviewing and processing prior authorization requests from healthcare providers
- Communicating with insurance providers to obtain necessary approvals
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of the prior authorization process
- Collaborating with the medical team to ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines
- Providing exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients
- Continuously improving processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in prior authorization or insurance authorisation processes
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and insurance policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using relevant software and technology
