In this role, you will provide expert recommendations on both high- and low-voltage electrical solutions, helping to enhance each home's energy efficiency, functionality, and integration of smart technologies. Key Duties:Collaborate with clients to review electrical floor plans and conduct thorough walk-throughs of their homes, room by room, using Bluebeam.

Identify potential upgrades for low-voltage and high-voltage needs, recommending the right products and solutions for each homeowner, including data drops, speakers, and security systems, as well as electrical installations such as lights, outlets, and generator preparation. Audit and evaluate designs from other consultants to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance. Inspect Builder Inventory Homes to verify that electrical installations meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Coachable & Eager to Learn: Ready to embrace new processes and grow in a dynamic environment. Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and service skills to be a trusted client advisor. Organizational Excellence: Ability to stay on top of paperwork, ensuring everything is completed efficiently and accurately.

Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for detail, ensuring that electrical designs meet client needs and company standards. Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, and NetSuite. Qualifications:Knowledge in the construction industry

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to recommend and explain upgrade options to clients
