We areseeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, work from home position, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support that exceeds their expectations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in our internal systems
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Adhering to established service level agreements and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  • At least HS/SHS grad, no CCE required

    6 weeks onsite training, then WAH after (15MBPS Upload; 25MBPS Download)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
