About the role
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team at Cailum Holdings Corporation. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of legal services to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Maramag Bukidnon.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting attorneys with legal research, document preparation, and case management
- Drafting and proofreading legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
- Providing administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with clients
- Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Collaborating with the legal team to ensure the timely and accurate completion of tasks
What we're looking for
- Relevant experience as a Paralegal or in a similar legal support role
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficiency in using legal software and other relevant technology
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
