About the role

We are looking for passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION'. As a CSR Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This is a full-time role based in Apas Cebu City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their enquiries and concerns
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously improve your skills

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
