- Monitor, record, and reconcile daily inventory of raw meat, ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager or Supervisor.
Maintain accurate records of product movement between production, storage, and shipping areas.
Coordinate with production staff to ensure the timely supply of materials for processing operations.
- Verify and record product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates for traceability compliance.
Assist in labeling, staging, and scanning materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Generate daily and weekly inventory reports as required.
- Support audits by providing documentation and verification of inventory data.
- Knows how to use SAP System
