  • Monitor, record, and reconcile daily inventory of raw meat, ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager or Supervisor.

  • Maintain accurate records of product movement between production, storage, and shipping areas.

  • Coordinate with production staff to ensure the timely supply of materials for processing operations.

  • Verify and record product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates for traceability compliance.

  • Assist in labeling, staging, and scanning materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Generate daily and weekly inventory reports as required.

  • Support audits by providing documentation and verification of inventory data.
