As a Bellman you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their luggage, providing information about the hotel and local area, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant arrival and departure experience. You'll contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere, making a lasting impression on our guests

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage from vehicles.
• Safely transport luggage to and from guest rooms, storage areas, and vehicles.
• Assist guests to their rooms, explaining hotel features and amenities.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including luggage carts and equipment.
• Follow all hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• with at least 1-2 YEARS experience in the same field
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50-75] lbs).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
