Requirements:

Scope of Work:

  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure all equipment meets operational and safety standards
  • Conduct deep cleaning of kitchen equipment as part of routine maintenance
  • Handle material and parts purchasing for repairs and maintenance
  • Assist in new store setups, including warehousing, installation, and basic repair of refrigeration, heating, and other kitchen systems
  • Maintain heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems to ensure full functionality
  • Assist with basic trade repairs as needed (carpentry, painting, plumbing, etc.)
  • Perform other tasks related to restaurant repair and maintenance

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical, Electromechanical, or any related technical course
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in hot & cold restaurant equipment repair and preventive maintenance
  • Skilled in kitchen system diagnostics, including refrigeration, heating, and electrical systems
  • Knowledgeable in refrigeration and heating principles
  • Highly organized, can multi-task, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work night shifts or after mall operating hours
  • A valid driver's license is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
