Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

  • Conduct employee consultations and dispense appropriate medications and medical supplies
  • Administer first aid and emergency care for work-related injuries or health concerns
  • Monitor and document work-related incidents and escalate cases to HR as needed
  • Identify and report critical medical conditions that may require external referral or continuous monitoring
  • Maintain inventory and ensure availability of clinic equipment, medicines, and supplies
  • Coordinate with accredited clinics and physicians for referrals and follow-up care
  • Monitor and report cases of illnesses (e.g., COVID-19, Tuberculosis) in line with the company's Disease Prevention Policy
  • Assist in implementing and managing the company's Infectious Disease Protocol

Health & Wellness Programs

  • Support the rollout of wellness initiatives (e.g., Wellness Week, Wellness Challenges)
  • Coordinate with HR and external partners for sponsorships and activity providers
  • Assist in organizing health seminars and educational sessions on illness prevention and healthy habits
  • Create and distribute health-related materials and postings (excluding mental health content)
  • Maintain and update the Wellness Calendar

Administrative Tasks

  • Coordinate with HR for referrals to higher-level healthcare facilities in case of medical emergencies
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness, equipment functionality, and accurate employee health records
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on clinic operations and health-related activities
  • Validate health certificates and fit to work certificates issued to the employees

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

·       Must be a Registered Nurse (PRC)

·       OHNAP certification required

·       Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid Training certifications

·       Minimum 1 year in hospital, clinic or corporate healthcare setting

·       Strong organizational, documentation, and inventory management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
