Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, portioning) according to daily requirements.
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team.
  • Follow recipes, presentation standards, and portion guidelines.
  • Ensure that dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.

Kitchen Operations

  • Set up and stock the line with necessary supplies before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly.

Quality & Safety Standards

  • Ensure all food is prepared and stored according to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift.
  • Perform regular temperature checks on food and equipment.
  • Adhere to sanitation and hygiene standards at all times.

Teamwork & Communication

  • Communicate clearly with the Chef and other kitchen staff during service.
  • Support teammates as needed, especially during peak hours.
  • Report any issues with ingredients, equipment, or safety immediately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
