About the role
This is a full-time Administrative Officer role at SUPER CANDY CORPORATION' in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the management team and other departments

Handling a range of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management

Answering and directing phone calls, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service

Supporting the procurement of office supplies and equipment

Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a local government or public sector organization

Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks and work under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
