paralegal- litigation focus

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to support our Attorney's litigation team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, demonstrates strong calendaring and case management skills, and is fluent in Spanish to assist with client communications and document translations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and court schedules
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Translate legal documents and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients
• Maintain accurate and organized case files while ensuring compliance with procedural rules
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and document production

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a litigation paralegal
• Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) – required
• Proficient in legal calendaring software and case management tools
• Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and deadlines
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent professional experience preferred
• Willingness to work night shifts and start immediately
