Our Compliance and Regulatory Consulting (CRC) practice is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Advisory Services Associate to join our growing team in Makati City

In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting organizations across various regulated industries in navigating complex compliance obligations. You'll contribute to engagements spanning Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Data Privacy (DP), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Reviews, and Risk Model Validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate internal control systems and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Conducting independent compliance testing and providing valuable recommendations.
  • Analyze financial and operational data, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Collaborate on risk management projects, assisting clients in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in their operations.
  • Contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives by staying up to date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Work closely with senior staff and clients to develop tailored solutions for complex business challenges.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a team setting.
  • A solid grasp of audit, compliance, and risk management principles
  • A solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry best practices related to audit and risk management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City.
