We're searching for a skilled Senior .NET Developer who thrives on innovation, autonomy, and building high-impact solutions. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Sydney-based venture that's transforming small business operations through automation, AI, and custom software development.

As one of the foundational members of our development team, you'll play a key role in shaping the architecture, coding standards, and delivery of solutions that drive real results across industries—from logistics to finance. What are you expected to do?

• AWS Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure:
• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud solutions on AWS.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient development and deployment workflows.
• Ensure robust security measures, compliance, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Product Development & Delivery:
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, and other teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, system testing, and quality assurance to maintain high standards.
• Team Collaboration & Mentorship:
• Mentor and support engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

• Facilitate effective communication within the technical team and with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration.

• Operational Efficiency & Cost Optimisation:

• Optimise AWS infrastructure costs while ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and security through the use of proactive monitoring tools

You'll be a great fit if:

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience developing applications using .NET and .NET Core, with a solid understanding of modern software architecture.
• You have hands-on experience working with AWS, including deploying and maintaining scalable, secure applications in the cloud.
• You're confident in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.
• You take pride in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code—and always look for ways to improve performance and reliability.
• You have a good eye for system optimization, cost efficiency, and proactive monitoring in a production environment.
• You're comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) and can translate technical concepts into clear business solutions.
• You enjoy mentoring and supporting peers while fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
• You're a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and takes ownership of your work from concept to delivery.

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.
