Key Responsibilities

SharePoint / .NET Development

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint 2016 / 2019 / Subscription Edition server-side customizations.
  • Build custom web parts, list definitions, and SOM-based custom solutions.
  • Perform SharePoint setup, configuration, and administration.
  • Implement client-side customizations (JSOM, CSR, REST API, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery).
  • Develop .NET applications and components supporting internal business workflows.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps, GitHub, Visual Studio, VS Code, and SQL Management Studio for lifecycle management.

Data Analytics, Reporting & Automation

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated reports and workflows using Power BI and Power Automate.

  • Build interactive dashboards for:

  • Agent performance

  • Recruitment and onboarding analytics
  • Business growth metrics
  • Office profitability
  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets supporting enterprise reporting.
  • Deliver actionable insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

Other requirements:

  • Ability to work Canadian MST hours.
  • 2+ years development experience in Microsoft .NET.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint 2016/2019 development & administration.
  • Strong SQL skills (queries, procedures, tables).
  • Experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard development).
  • Experience with Power Automate (workflow automation).
  • Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, JSOM, CSR, REST API.
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap or AngularJS (a plus).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Visual Studio, and VS Code.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
