Barista for Dean

The Barista of Dean & Deluca is in charge for preparing and serving all coffee and tea beverages.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Make and serve variety of coffee and tea beverages and the likes, following recipes and ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Responsible for taking customer orders and provide friendly, efficient, and personalized service.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
• Engage with customers in a positive and knowledgeable manner, answering questions and making product recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately

Base: Dean & Deluca Timog or Ayala Vertis North

Requirements

• Prior experience in a Barista or food service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
